Role overview
You will join a team responsible for delivering integrated employee support services and centralised corporate services across multiple MINDEF offices. The role focuses on managing HR service delivery and driving improvement initiatives with a digital transformation angle to strengthen administrative support for staff working at different locations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of integrated employee HR services, including end-to-end onboarding support across various MINDEF office sites.
- Plan and execute service enhancement initiatives, especially those that use digital tools to improve HR administration.
- Handle service processes and system workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Shape service journeys to lift business performance measures such as case turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
Challenges in the role
- Coordinating service delivery across several office locations while keeping standards and service quality consistent.
- Finding the right balance between digitalisation efforts and existing operational needs.
- Supporting smooth changeovers during system rollouts and implementations.
Requirements
- A qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a service-based role; experience in HR operations or service delivery will be an advantage.
- Project management experience is helpful.
- Strong service mindset with an interest in innovation and digitalisation.
- Good interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills.
