Role Overview

This position is suited to an experienced merchandising professional who can operate effectively in a fast-moving, multi-country environment. You will help drive the Crocs brand product strategy across Southeast Asia retail and digital channels, while spotting local assortment opportunities that reflect varied consumer needs, climates, and market preferences. A strong grasp of regional market behavior, customer buying patterns, and the competitive landscape is important to keep the brand relevant, commercially strong, and culturally aligned across SEA, with particular attention to the digital commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute customer-focused assortments that align with regional direction and seasonal direct-to-consumer product plans.
- Carry out seasonal go-to-market execution across DTC channels, supporting consistent brand presentation and strategy with a strong emphasis on digital channels.
- Develop platform-specific assortments and exclusive product launches to help Crocs stand out on marketplaces and generate additional demand, traffic, and conversions.
- Work with your manager on promotional planning so that pricing supports monthly margin goals and broader commercial objectives.
- Review in-season product and promotion performance and turn findings into practical recommendations for future merchandising decisions.
- Complete post-season review analyses, highlighting financial outcomes, category movement, and future assortment opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional merchandising teams on segmentation needs across different channels.
- Partner with planning and allocation teams to improve inventory distribution across DTC platforms and support availability and sell-through.
- Track business plans and adjust them in response to key promotions, sales trends, and market changes.
- Take part in weekly business reviews and share insights and recommendations to improve DTC sales performance.
- Work closely with visual merchandising and onsite teams to ensure seasonal product priorities are executed well.
- Support your manager with ad hoc reporting and tasks across SEA DTC channels.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to help meet business needs.
Requirements
- A degree or an equivalent qualification, together with relevant merchandising or commercial experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of related merchandising experience in retail or e-commerce, with preference for candidates who have stronger e-commerce retail exposure.
- Strong commercial judgment and proven ability to manage businesses across multiple markets.
- Solid analytical ability and a decision-making style grounded in data.
- Good understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behavior, market conditions, and competition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong product awareness, creativity, and a good eye for trends.
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
