About the role

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to support the quality of a B2B marketing platform used throughout the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and launch to AI-assisted workflows and analytics. The product brings together many connected tools and processes for clients, partners, and internal users, so this role is important for keeping the platform stable, easy to use, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
• Check newly developed features and improvements across different parts of the platform.
• Prepare and update test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and other QA records.
• Find defects, record them clearly, and follow them until they are resolved.
• Confirm bug fixes and support release testing before deployment.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and other QA colleagues.
• Join requirement reviews and share quality- and usability-focused feedback.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen QA workflows, testing practices, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on manual testing experience for web applications.
• Good grasp of QA concepts and software testing principles.
• Experience testing feature-rich web products and end-to-end user flows.
• Comfort with functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing approaches.
• Ability to produce well-organized and easy-to-follow test documentation.
• Strong focus on detail and solid analytical skills.
• Intermediate English skills for everyday communication in an international team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to API testing.
• Experience using browser developer tools.
• Interest in automation testing and long-term growth in QA.

Hiring process

Your application will first be reviewed manually by the recruiting team rather than by machine learning tools. If shortlisted, you may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, followed by a test or short project. After that, you may proceed to an interview with the hiring manager and/or interview panel. Interviews are conducted live, either in person or through Zoom; the company does not use text-message or Telegram interviews and does not hire without a live meeting. If both sides are interested, the final step will be an offer discussion conducted live.
