Role overview
Inovação Serviços is hiring a Marketing Assistant in the United States for a full-time, on-site position. This role is suited to someone who is imaginative, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping with a wide mix of marketing and administrative tasks. You will support the team in running campaigns, preparing content, researching the market, and improving brand visibility and customer interaction.
What you will do
- Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Develop and refresh marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Support social media operations, including post scheduling and audience interaction.
- Carry out market research and review competitor activity.
- Track how campaigns are performing and compile marketing reports.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional efforts.
- Keep marketing records up to date, including databases, customer lists, and campaign files.
- Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and outside partners as needed.
- Support email marketing and other digital marketing tasks.
- Handle administrative work that helps the marketing function run smoothly.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a related area.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Careful attention to detail, along with a creative approach to work.
- Ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to social media platforms and content management tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing systems and digital marketing basics.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting platforms.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising would be beneficial.
