Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site opening in Indore for a Motion Graphics Designer. The role involves producing motion-driven visuals, editing and supporting video content, and contributing strong graphic design work. The selected candidate will develop engaging motion graphics for different media formats, partner closely with design and production teams, and actively shape the creative output of the team.

Core Work

• Create motion design assets and animated visual content for a variety of platforms.
• Support video production work and contribute to motion graphics editing and execution.
• Develop graphic design materials and enhance visual storytelling across projects.
• Brainstorm concepts and turn ideas into polished, engaging creative pieces.
• Work in coordination with design and production teams to deliver cohesive outputs.
• Participate in the broader creative process and help refine final deliverables.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability in motion design, motion graphics, and video production.
• Solid background in graphic design and general visual design principles.
• Strong creative thinking and a good visual sense.
• Comfort using relevant design software and creative tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related discipline.
