About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a personable and dependable Office Assistant to help maintain an orderly, supportive, and efficient workplace. In this position, you will play an important part in keeping day-to-day office activities running smoothly while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist visitors and guests so they feel comfortable and well taken care of.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email communication in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including supplies, documents, and files.
- Support scheduling needs such as meetings and calendar coordination.
- Provide general administrative help to team members as needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating office events and internal communications.
