About the internship

Join Glater Eco Products Private Limited as an Operations Intern and support the day-to-day running of a premium bottled water business focused on sustainable, eco-conscious hydration. In this role, you will help keep production, dispatch, inventory, client coordination, and payment tracking running smoothly.

What you will do

• Organize and monitor daily production plans, including filling, capping, and dispatch activities, while making sure there are no shortages or mismatches with workers and labour.
• Handle incoming orders, build delivery schedules, and coordinate with drivers so shipments leave on time.
• Keep a close watch on raw material and finished goods inventory, and place purchase orders proactively before stocks become low.
• Support client servicing by handling calls, confirming orders, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay in regular contact with vendors, suppliers, and clients to follow up on pending tasks and unresolved items.
• Record current operational processes and look for ways to make workflows more efficient.
• Collect customer payments and maintain clear, accurate payment records.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 15 June 2026 and 20 July 2026, can continue for 3 months, and are based in Patancheruvu. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.
