About the Role

This opportunity is aimed at experienced quantitative professionals who want to help improve AI systems. In this position, you will collaborate with advanced AI models on work such as checking AI-produced quantitative analysis, tackling technical challenges, and sharing feedback that helps shape how the models handle data, modeling, and scientific reasoning. The role is suitable for people from fields like data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, physics, biology, epidemiology, finance, statistics, or related quantitative disciplines. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that functions as the selection step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.

What You Will Do

Review AI-created quantitative outputs to verify technical correctness and whether they make sense in real-world scenarios.
Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
Draft precise technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.

Requirements

At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting.
Background may include data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a similar field.
Comfort with coding and with reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
Hands-on understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing ability.
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an added advantage.
Additional credentials such as Kaggle rankings, AWS/GCP ML certifications, or comparable proof of expertise are beneficial.

Contracting Benefits

You can decide which projects to take on and when to work.
The schedule is flexible, and you can work from your own computer at home.
Compensation is hourly, starting at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, with bonuses available on certain projects.

Payment and Other Conditions

Payments are processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any fee to participate. This is an independent contractor arrangement. Only applicants based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand will be considered.
