Role Overview

Stem Health is seeking a steady and skilled physiotherapist to help shape its movement philosophy at the flagship clinic. This role is designed for someone who looks beyond the immediate complaint and supports the full person through careful, deliberate care.

You will provide personalized physiotherapy to members at the First Canadian Place clinic and work as part of a broader care team that includes physicians, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals. The role emphasizes integrated care, thoughtful treatment planning, and an approach that values depth, trust, and time.

Key Responsibilities

In the treatment room, you represent the Stem Health standard. Every interaction should feel attentive, professional, and centered on the member’s overall experience.

You will work within a care model that protects enough time for detailed assessment, intentional treatment, and clear patient education so members never feel hurried or treated as a diagnosis alone.

• Provide physiotherapy services using manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, functional movement analysis, and patient education.
• Complete thorough assessments and build evidence-based treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes, injury prevention, and optimal physical performance.
• Explain musculoskeletal conditions in simple, practical language that helps members understand their recovery and wellness journey.
• Coordinate closely with physicians, chiropractors, and allied health colleagues so findings and treatment plans are reflected in the member’s unified health record through the clinic’s EHR system.
• Take part in clinical case discussions and offer physiotherapy guidance on musculoskeletal concerns across the team.
• Record session notes, progress updates, and home exercise plans accurately and promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current physiotherapist license in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience; background in private practice, performance therapy, or integrative health is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and confident hands-on manual therapy ability.
• Solid capability in exercise prescription and functional movement assessment.
• Clear, confident communicator who can quickly build trust, teach effectively, and make recovery pathways easy to understand.
• Comfort with EHR platforms and collaborative documentation in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitality-oriented care environments is preferred.
• Strong alignment with a proactive, relationship-focused, member-centered approach to care.
