Role Overview

This position focuses on managing placement-related activities, coordinating recruitment drives, and supporting students throughout the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with employers and keeping placement information organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate placement drives as well as recruitment-related activities.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with hiring companies and HR contacts.
• Guide students on job openings, interview preparation, and career direction.
• Plan interviews and handle the overall placement workflow.
• Support employability enhancement and placement assistance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate placement records and track student placement status.
