Overview
Integer is built around a shared set of values that shape how the company works, how people collaborate, and how long-term success is achieved. The culture emphasizes customer focus, innovation, teamwork, respect, openness, integrity, and inclusion.
In this position, you will bring strong experience in supply chain planning and apply proven methods, along with an understanding of internal and external business factors, to improve performance. The role calls for independent problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You may also support less experienced colleagues, guide the work of others, and lead smaller projects with limited risk and resources.
This role combines practical and conceptual supply chain planning experience with an understanding of related functions and market drivers. You will use data and cross-functional input to develop solutions for complex planning issues, influence outcomes across teams, and communicate clearly when handling detailed or sensitive information.
Key responsibilities
You will work in line with Integer’s values and comply with all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA requirements, company procedures, and other regulatory obligations.

What makes a strong fit
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline, plus at least four years of relevant experience. Candidates without the degree may still be considered if they bring more than five years of relevant supply chain management experience.
You should be comfortable leading team activities, coaching less experienced associates, and solving standard business problems with practical, innovative thinking. Strong computer skills are important, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience with Oracle is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required, with medical devices considered an advantage.
Clear communication across all levels of the organization is essential, both in writing and verbally. The role also calls for composure in a fast-paced, constantly changing supply chain setting, along with a positive, determined attitude and a strong belief in delivering results.
