Role overview
Hellers Ltd is a well-known New Zealand producer and distributor of bacon, ham, and smallgoods. The business is recognised for quality products and a strong presence in the market, and it is now hiring energetic Process Workers for its modern Kaiapoi processing facility. This role offers stable full-time employment and the chance to grow with an established local brand.
Location and commute
- Kaiapoi, Canterbury, New Zealand
- The site is around a 15-minute drive from central Christchurch
- Free, secure on-site parking is available
Shift patterns
Openings are available across multiple shifts, mainly Monday to Friday. Applicants should state their preferred and available shift in the application.
- AM shift: 4:00am–1:00pm
- AM shift: 5:00am–2:30pm
- AM shift: 6:00am–3:00pm
- PM shift: 1:00pm–10:00pm
- PM shift: 2:00pm–11:00pm
- PM shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm
- PM shift: 3:00pm–12:00am
Although the usual working pattern is Monday to Friday, weekend availability is required when business needs demand it.
What the job involves
As a Process Worker, you will contribute to the production of high-quality food products in a supportive team setting. The role includes hands-on processing work, following quality expectations, and being part of a workplace that values training and development.
