  • Review financial performance each quarter with the Finance and Administration Manager to keep spending aligned to budget.
  • Set local channel terms and conditions in line with Group financial guidelines.

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Act as the main contact point between Hiperdist and the assigned vendor.
  • Ensure all vendor commitments are delivered to preserve contractual continuity.
  • Keep an annual schedule of planning meetings, business reviews, and sales engagements.
  • Carry out quarterly reviews of the partner landscape and respond to the findings.
  • Lead partner initiatives that strengthen capability, capacity, and long-term loyalty.
  • Take part in vendor-led events and related activities.

Sales and Operations

  • Manage sales forecasting and sales processes to support predictable revenue and cash flow.
  • Provide weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly forecasts with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory from end to end to reduce ageing stock and support reliable sales planning.
  • Keep inventory within Group-defined parameters.
  • Run an ongoing resource review process to maintain strong market readiness.

Strategy and Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a team that can deliver business goals.
  • Ensure effective execution of agreed strategies and plans.
  • Share quarterly management insights on market trends, partners, category movement, and vendor performance.
  • Promote Group policies and procedures across the business unit.
  • Lead marketing initiatives that create leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Grow and maintain the business unit database and digital/social media presence.
  • Coach team members and support their professional growth.
