This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization, which will handle all applications and follow-up steps. The hiring company is seeking a Product Manager based in the United States. You will take ownership of important product areas within a rapidly growing, AI-driven healthcare workforce platform, helping shape tools that support scheduling, staffing, and clinical labor management for health systems.

In this position, you will serve as a connector between customers, engineering, and business teams. The work blends product discovery, execution, and direct customer engagement in a highly collaborative, metrics-oriented, and mission-focused environment aimed at improving healthcare delivery outcomes.

Accountabilities

Lead a major product area across core platform modules such as scheduling, on-demand staffing, or vendor management systems, with responsibility for product definition, roadmap delivery, and progress toward key performance indicators.
Build strong domain knowledge by understanding user needs, customer processes, market movements, and competitor offerings to guide product strategy and positioning.
Use qualitative and quantitative discovery methods to uncover opportunities, lower delivery risk, and shape solutions that support business goals.
Apply AI-powered tools to create quick prototypes, examine product behavior, and strengthen decisions through data-backed insights.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to support smooth release, adoption, and ongoing product improvements.
Create and present clear product roadmaps while influencing stakeholders and maintaining alignment across the organization.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Product Manager experience, including ownership of B2B software products and clear impact on product results and business performance.
Solid background in product discovery, roadmap planning, and shipping scalable solutions tied to company strategy and KPIs.
Comfort with data analysis, including querying datasets, reading metrics, and turning findings into practical product actions.
Practical use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and speeding up product development workflows.
Strong communication and narrative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain product vision clearly.
Experience in complex cross-functional settings; exposure to healthcare or workforce management is an advantage.
Analytical mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to balance speed, quality, and prioritization.
