Core Responsibilities

• Shape the product direction, long-term strategy, and roadmap so they support broader business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product capabilities that create meaningful impact.
• Engage with enterprise clients and other non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into workable product solutions.
• Use AI-enabled tools to strengthen product discovery, planning, and delivery workflows.
• Rank product initiatives according to customer value, strategic priorities, and technical practicality.
• Oversee product budgets and contribute to resource planning.
• Lead coordination across cross-functional groups, including offshore development teams, to keep delivery on track.
• Track product outcomes, gather user input, and support ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation.
• Practical experience working with AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and speaking directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in product roadmapping and strategic planning.
• Experience handling budget planning and management.
• Preferred: exposure to the Audit or Tax domain.
• Preferred: hands-on use of Claude Code for fast prototyping and validating ideas or presentations.
• Preferred: experience working with offshore development teams.
