The company is hiring an entrepreneurial Product Manager to shape, scale, and improve the digital products that support more than 50,000 innovators each year.

Role Summary

In this position, you will connect advanced technical capabilities with premium in-person event experiences. You will oversee the full product lifecycle for websites, mobile networking apps, attendee badge systems, and AI-enabled event features such as real-time assistants and matchmaking engines. The objective is to strengthen networking, reduce operational friction, and create a polished, technology-forward experience for partners, investors, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap across multiple platforms for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI, making sure digital tools support high-energy physical experiences such as NEXT Hackathons, Nexus Startup competitions, and AFTER 2049.
• Own delivery of digital products from initial scoping and wireframing through engineering sprints, quality assurance, and launch. This includes web properties, native mobile applications, and interactive attendee portals.
• Design, expand, and improve AI-led capabilities for both events, including networking recommendations, automated attendee matching, and conversational assistants through Telegram or in-app channels.
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial/Sponsorships, and Operations teams to turn business limitations and urgent deadlines into reliable technical execution.
• Monitor usage and performance indicators such as engagement, app adoption, and successful connections, then use the insights to remove friction from the digital experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience with a track record of launching and growing consumer web or mobile products, ideally in startups, B2B marketplaces, or event technology environments.
• Working knowledge of Web3 concepts such as wallets, token gating, and NFTs, along with familiarity with AI infrastructure including LLMs, AI agents, and conversational interfaces.
• Ability to perform under intense deadlines and move quickly, with the flexibility to ship features in a fast-paced events environment where timelines are fixed.
• Solid technical understanding and comfort collaborating with engineers, including experience with APIs, content management systems, and custom mobile applications.
• Strong eye for user experience and interface quality, with the ability to create clean, premium designs suited to senior technology leaders and advanced builders.
• A mindset focused on building systems and workflows that reduce friction and improve how people connect.
• Strong personal ownership, including anticipating edge cases and ensuring critical experiences such as token-gated ticketing and live agenda updates work without issues.
• Ability to move smoothly between the decentralized Web3 environment of TOKEN2049 and the frontier-compute focus of SuperAI.
