TITLE: Product Marketing Manager
DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview
This position sits within the India Marketing team and focuses on growing Android as a preferred operating system in India. The role is centered on shaping the product marketing approach, using user insights to define strong value propositions, and driving campaigns with partners in India and across global teams.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build, execute, and measure high-impact campaigns. The work also involves supporting the wider Android ecosystem through relationships with retail, OEM, and carrier partners, while contributing to social-first creative and media initiatives.
Location Preference
While the role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, applicants can indicate a preferred working location from Gurugram, Mumbai, or Bengaluru.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience across one or more areas such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing.
- Experience leading projects involving multiple teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in growth, product, brand, social, partner marketing, or research.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Exposure to marketing operations, sales operations, financial analytics, or similar analytical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI to improve marketing workflows, speed, insights, and campaign execution.
- Create integrated campaigns built around user-focused narratives, social-first thinking, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead internal communication by turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations and building alignment with product and engineering partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess marketing opportunities from strategic, financial, and operational angles.
- Guide creative development, track campaign performance, and share insights and learnings with relevant teams.
