Overview
We are looking for a fully remote Production Designer for a 40-hour-per-week contract engagement that is expected to run for at least 3 months, with the possibility of being extended. Please note that this role is not directly with ForceBrands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Produce, resize, and adapt large volumes of digital marketing creative for use across several channels.
- Reformat approved designs for different placements and content specifications.
- Work closely with designers, creative leads, and project managers to deliver campaigns within deadlines.
- Maintain brand alignment, consistency, and accuracy across every asset delivered.
- Handle several active projects at the same time while working against tight turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Prior experience generating high volumes of asset versions for marketing initiatives is important.
- Strong detail orientation and a careful quality-check mindset are essential.
- You should be able to stay organized and productive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.
- Experience with Bannerflow, motion graphics, or other creative automation platforms is considered an advantage.
- Background supporting performance marketing, paid social, display ads, or digital campaign production is preferred.
- Comfort with working from existing brand and creative systems, rather than building entirely new concepts, is expected.
Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio is mandatory for consideration. Please include samples that demonstrate high-volume digital production, campaign resizing and versioning, and multi-format marketing materials such as display, social, digital, and email assets.
Additional Information
This role is structured as a contract position, fully remote, and set at 40 hours per week. The initial engagement is for 3 months, with a chance to continue beyond that period.
