Project Admin

Role Overview

The Project Admin position is based in Sembawang, North Region, Singapore, within Konnection Engineering Pte Ltd. The role supports project operations in Horizontal Directional Drilling and reports to the Project HOD. The role also works closely with the Site Manager and Site Supervisor.

What You Will Handle

• Take care of project administration tasks, including purchase orders, monthly tax invoices, and subcontractor payment certifications.
• Keep submission records current and coordinate document flow with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and send monthly project progress claims, then track them through the invoicing process.
• Help source materials and collect quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and communicate with both internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Support additional tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a GCE N Level qualification or an equivalent recognized credential.
• Prior experience in the construction sector is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable working independently, staying goal-focused, and contributing well in a team.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel and generally comfortable with IT tools.
• Well organized, attentive to detail, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
