About the Role
RAVL works with organizations tackling complex change and aims to deliver practical, high-value outcomes. They are hiring a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Advisory team in a role that requires flexibility, strong coordination, and comfort in fast-moving client settings.
This position is very hands-on and centered on relationships. It combines executive-style coordination with project support, helping ensure that workshops, meetings, and other client interactions are well planned and executed, while keeping multiple teams aligned across shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange all logistics for client-facing engagements, including workshops, meetings, and working sessions held both onsite and online.
- Handle intricate scheduling across several stakeholders, different time zones, and varied client contexts.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and client contacts.
- Work effectively within client organizations by understanding key people, decision paths, and how work gets done.
- Support several engagements at once and move quickly between priorities and contexts.
- Manage practical details such as room reservations, AV arrangements, catering, building access, and session materials.
- Choose the most suitable engagement format, whether in person or virtual, based on the situation and goals.
- Spot potential issues early and take action to prevent coordination problems before they escalate.
- Maintain very high accuracy and close attention to detail in all coordination tasks.
- Serve as a central coordination hub across teams to keep everyone aligned and delivery running smoothly.
Experience and Fit
The ideal candidate brings experience from a coordination-intensive position such as Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or a similar role. Success in this job requires confidence in complex, high-pressure environments, strong organization, and the ability to manage several priorities and relationships at the same time.

Additional Information
This is a permanent position. The annual base salary range is CAD 70,000 to CAD 85,000, with total compensation potentially including extra incentives or bonuses. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
