The Operations team is responsible for delivering services to clients while maintaining QIMA’s quality standards.
Role summary
In this position, you will report to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and support the Operations department. The role is centered on carrying out on-site inspections of client merchandise and ensuring all work is completed according to company procedures and timelines.
Key duties
- Review email messages every day to collect inspection-related documents.
- Reach inspection locations on schedule and maintain professional communication with suppliers.
- Inspect merchandise in line with internal procedures and oversee container stuffing as per company guidelines.
- Complete inspection reports accurately and within the required timeframes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a college degree or higher in apparel or a related discipline, along with more than 3 years of experience in quality management. A strong understanding of AQL standards, safety requirements, and quality regulations is needed. Good spoken and written English, sharp attention to detail, and a high standard of professional ethics are also important.

This is an on-site role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
