Position Overview

This opening is for a Recruiter working remotely on a contract basis. The role offers compensation in the range of $18 to $60 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and outreach through screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Create and grow talent pools through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and similar sourcing methods.
• Run early-stage candidate evaluations to judge background, skills, and overall fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, interview steps, and selection standards.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics such as time to hire, pipeline size, and conversion rates, then share updates on progress.
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong talent sourcing ability across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search methods.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort with managing several open requisitions at once and setting priorities well.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and standard recruiting processes.
