dopa diamond tools is seeking a Recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle hiring for specialized professional roles in Berlin. The position is focused on building an efficient, high-quality recruiting process while partnering closely with internal teams and identifying suitable talent through direct outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting cycle for demanding specialist positions independently.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates proactively through active sourcing and direct contact.
• Work closely with relevant departments to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates in a thorough, informed manner.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for roles that are hired repeatedly.
• Ensure recruiting processes remain efficient, transparent, and of consistently high quality.

Candidate profile

• You bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience; prior in-house experience is an advantage.
• You have already taken responsibility for filling challenging specialist roles independently.
• You are experienced in active sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
• You work in a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way.
• You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and make decisions clearly.
• You are proactive, service-minded, and comfortable working with different teams.

What we offer

• A base salary of EUR 45,000 to EUR 55,000 gross per year, based on qualifications and professional experience, for a 38-hour work week.
