Role overview

People Perfect is hiring an experienced Recruiter for its Lahore office. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for someone who enjoys working on a high-volume hiring desk and wants earnings that grow with performance.

The role covers more than 50 active vacancies each month across executive search, Employer of Record (EOR) hiring, and internal recruitment. Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus a commission plan tied to successful placements.

Compensation and benefits

Base pay can go up to PKR 200,000 per month. In addition, the commission plan can add up to about PKR 350,000 monthly, which brings the potential total package to PKR 550,000+.

Key responsibilities

You will manage recruitment from start to finish across executive search, EOR, and internal roles while keeping hiring activity organized and compliant.

• Handle end-to-end hiring for executive search, EOR, and internal positions
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, portals, and referrals
• Create strong candidate shortlists using competency-based screening methods
• Perform salary analysis and advise clients on market-aligned compensation
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to support satisfaction and repeat business
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the process
• Keep recruitment documentation accurate and support background checks and audit requirements
• Contribute to employer branding through events and market insights

Requirements

The company is looking for a recruiter with a solid background in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in services or IT.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in services or IT is preferred
• Practical knowledge of ATS platforms, HRMS/ERP systems, and job portals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and clients
• Analytical, accountable, and focused on results
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
