About the role
Odoo is seeking its first Recruiting Coordinator to help establish the foundation for recruiting operations. This position will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to bring consistency, organization, and a strong candidate experience as the company continues to grow.
The role is based in Brisbane, CA and follows a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

What you will do
- Work alongside Recruiting, HR, and Operations to keep hiring workflows consistent and effective as the team grows.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics for the recruiting process.
- Use systems such as ATS, Google Calendar, Discord, text messaging, and related tools to support daily recruiting activities.
- Keep candidate data accurate, organized, and up to date across recruiting systems.
- Help build dashboards, reports, and other operational tracking tools that improve visibility into the hiring pipeline.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate on practical improvements.
- Support job posting setup and updates across multiple platforms, with attention to accuracy and timing.
- Monitor posting performance and help make adjustments that improve candidate flow and lead quality.
- Assist with top-of-funnel recruiting work such as screening questions, referrals, and sourcing coordination.
- Track recruiting source data and support funnel analysis when needed.
- Assist with candidate assessment administration by tracking submissions and maintaining evaluation records.
- Help keep SOPs, templates, and recruiting documentation organized and current.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, process updates, and other operational initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment. This person should be able to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to new tools and systems, and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills and a candidate-first approach are important, along with the ability to work well through ambiguity and help build processes from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Background in high-volume recruiting coordination, people operations, or a startup environment moving quickly.
- Experience designing, refining, or scaling workflows and operating processes.
Compensation and benefits
- Estimated annual pay range: $70,000 to $80,000.
