Role overview
This position is for a Recruitment Coordinator who will support a busy Talent Acquisition function handling large-scale corporate hiring. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, HR, onboarding, and background screening teams to help deliver a smooth hiring journey from requisition creation through onboarding.
What you’ll do
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers across the full recruitment process.
- Draft, post, and maintain job requisitions and advertisements.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates that match role requirements.
- Carry out phone screens and other candidate evaluation steps.
- Arrange interviews and recruitment events.
- Draft, revise, and issue offer letters and related hiring documents.
- Work with HR, onboarding, and background check teams to keep hiring activities moving.
- Keep candidate information and hiring records accurate in ATS systems.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting.
- Reconnect with prior candidates and talent pools when needed.
- Improve workflows and help create a strong candidate experience.
Required experience and strengths
The role calls for 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination within a corporate setting. Candidates should be comfortable supporting high-volume hiring and be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred background
Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred. Familiarity with Workday and ATS/CRM tools such as Phenom would be an advantage.
