American Eagle has become one of India’s most preferred premium denim brands, Reebok has grown under the company’s management since 2022, and Simon Carter continues to build its presence in premium menswear.Role OverviewThe Regional Project Manager will oversee store opening, renovation, repairs, and maintenance activities across the region. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, landlords, franchise partners, design and visual merchandising teams, vendors, legal stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.ResponsibilitiesManage timelines for store openings and renovation projects for COCO and COFO locations using only registered vendors.Prepare project schedules, estimate handover dates, identify possible delay risks, and implement preventive actions.Conduct regular site visits and coordinate continuously with stakeholders including VM, design, landlords, franchise partners, RBD, multiple vendors, ops, and legal teams.Organize project steering meetings and circulate project status reports.Complete required documentation such as site visit reports, checklists, and handover papers.Collect estimates from vendors, review and validate them, and forward them to the commercial team for purchase order creation.Carry out site measurements and certify bills.Keep project completion within the targeted 39-day timeline.Develop vendors according to the forecasted plan and immediate business needs.Build a regional vendor base by onboarding up to 10 new vendors as required.Track and control the cost of new store and renovation work.Identify new infrastructure trends and technologies relevant to retail spaces.Adopt and implement cost-effective retail infrastructure solutions.Introduce energy-efficient measures to reduce utility expenses by 5% compared with the current grid.Visit stores to review repairs and maintenance work, including call-based jobs raised by stores.Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed within 9 days of approval.RequirementsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across cross-functional teams.Strong project planning, scheduling, and timeline management skills.Experience handling retail store opening, renovation, and maintenance work.Capability to review vendor quotations, negotiate, and support PO processing.Knowledge of site measurements, billing certification, and project documentation.Understanding of cost control and energy-efficient retail infrastructure solutions.Willingness to conduct regular store/site visits and manage on-ground execution.Additional InformationThis position focuses on execution excellence for retail infrastructure projects. The stated delivery targets include 39 days for project completion, 10 new vendors in the region as needed, 5% lower utility cost versus the current grid, and a 9-day turnaround for repairs and maintenance after approval.
