Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an experienced Exam Controller/Registrar profile at a private university in Maharashtra. The role is centered on modernizing examination operations and supporting a digital shift aligned with NEP 2020.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete examination cycle, including timetable planning, exam administration, and final result processing, while using digital systems to support secure certificates and transcripts.
- Make sure all exam and credential processes follow NAD/ABC requirements, and help enable verifiable academic and skill-based credentials that support Skill India objectives.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to streamline processes, guide staff on credential platforms, and prepare reports on verification activity and outcomes.
Required background
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Registrar or Assistant Registrar in an Indian college or university.
- Good understanding of education-related policies and digital administrative systems.
- Strong planning ability, accuracy, and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders in a higher-education environment.
