Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams at Casa Vista Development. This position focuses on nurturing client relationships, expanding broker engagement, managing inbound enquiries, running broker briefings, closing sales, and maintaining a strong standard of product knowledge and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete sales journey, beginning with lead qualification and ending with successful deal closure.
- Deliver project presentations, arrange site visits, and negotiate offers with both buyers and brokers.
- Work toward the monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics set by management.
- Reply quickly to incoming enquiries from digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and broker channels.
- Communicate professionally by phone, WhatsApp, email, and face to face.
- Keep the CRM updated with lead status, follow-up activity, notes, and progress toward conversion.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with brokerage firms across Dubai.
- Organize regular broker briefings in the office and at external brokerage locations.
- Share timely updates on projects, pricing, inventory, and available offers with brokers.
- Increase the contribution of the broker network to overall sales performance.
- Attend planned meetings with clients both on-site and off-site.
- Offer tailored guidance to clients throughout the booking and purchase process.
- Arrange site visits and walkthroughs of projects.
- Represent Casa Vista Development professionally in every client and broker interaction.
- Maintain the company’s standards, values, and communication style while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Stay current on project details, pricing, inventory, payment plans, and key selling points.
- Monitor competitor activity and market movements to position projects effectively.
- Participate in internal training and briefing sessions.
- Record leads, client interactions, meetings, and bookings accurately in the CRM.
- Work with the sales administration team on booking forms, compliance paperwork, and management approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
The role is ideally suited to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline. A background of 2–4 years in UAE real estate sales, brokerage, or relationship management is preferred. Applicants should have a proven history of meeting targets and closing high-value transactions. Experience working with brokers and managing broker networks is highly valued. Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends, competition, pricing structures, and new project launches, is important. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as PropSpace, Bitrix, or HubSpot, along with digital lead management tools, is expected. A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Candidates must communicate clearly across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, while also building lasting client and broker relationships. The ideal professional is polished, customer-oriented, and comfortable representing the brand. Strong organizational ability is needed to manage multiple leads and appointments at once, along with familiarity in CRM usage and reporting. The role also requires adaptability, initiative, and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
