Relationship Manager

Overview

BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is hiring a dependable and accountable Relationship Manager for its Personal Lines Department in Kingston, Jamaica.

The role focuses on driving insurance sales, working with underwriters to agree on suitable terms, and managing a profitable personal lines portfolio while delivering strong service to clients.

Key Duties

• Promote and sell insurance solutions to customers.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with underwriters.
• Support the ongoing service and upkeep of personal lines business.
• Help maintain a profitable portfolio within the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution is required.
• Candidates must be registered with the Financial Services Commission for all classes of insurance business.
• Applicants should have a solid understanding of insurance regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role is needed.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
