Role Overview

This part-time, remote Research Assistant position supports clinical and wellness-oriented research projects. The role involves reviewing academic literature, collecting and organizing journal articles, and turning findings into clear, concise summaries. It also includes data collection, data cleaning, data entry, and help with basic analysis, along with support for reports, presentations, and educational content. Communication with the practitioner will take place by email or virtual meetings, and the role requires careful recordkeeping, respect for confidentiality, and consistent adherence to ethical research practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Research Assistant will work independently while staying aligned with project needs, timelines, and protocols. Day-to-day tasks may range from searching scholarly sources and synthesizing information to maintaining organized research files and supporting the preparation of deliverables.

Additional Qualifications

Applicants should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, reference tools, and online databases, and should be able to adapt quickly to new software.
