Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager, with the role also open to an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is prepared to move up. Role Summary
As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day restaurant activity and handling a wide range of operational tasks. The position places strong emphasis on store oversight, inventory control, and maintaining consistently high standards of quality and compliance while reflecting the GYG culture.
What You Will Do
- Guide and manage everyday restaurant operations.
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and store management processes.
- Ensure procedures are followed and service and product quality remain at a high standard.
- Work with the team to spot sales opportunities and improvements to profit and loss performance.
- Contribute to strategies that improve business results and customer experience.
