Role overview
This part-time checkout role is based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand, and involves supporting customers at the front end of the store. The position follows this roster: Thursday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and Saturday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Key duties
- Serve customers at checkout in a fast, accurate, and welcoming manner.
- Scan and pack orders carefully, keep queues moving, and handle refunds politely.
- Respond to customer questions and raise issues when needed.
- Help with cash office tasks such as banking, reconciliations, and investigating differences.
- Keep the work area tidy, organised, safe, and in line with uniform and store standards.
- Share feedback and suggestions that could improve the overall shopping experience.
