Role Overview

Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced Retail Recruiter to support hiring across retail functions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on managing the complete recruitment cycle and working closely with internal stakeholders to fill retail positions efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Handle end-to-end hiring for retail positions, including store associates, supervisors, and managers.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and workforce priorities.
• Find, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Run interviews and coordinate the overall candidate selection process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support high-volume recruitment requirements.
• Deliver a clear, timely, and positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators and share regular hiring progress updates.
• Support Emiratisation-focused hiring requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience in retail recruitment is required.
• Good knowledge of retail business operations and the different roles within the sector.
• Ability to manage large-scale and fast-paced hiring demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with solid people skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience using recruiting platforms, tools, and job portals.
