Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi for a Sales Assistant. The role focuses on assisting walk-in customers and referred clients, understanding their attestation requirements, and clearly explaining the services, timelines, and documents needed. You will support the sales cycle by preparing quotations, maintaining records, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person; keep daily operations organized; help support sales goals; and contribute to customer satisfaction. You will also update customer records, monitor document progress, and share status updates with clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have strong people skills and a customer-first approach, along with the ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written form. Basic to intermediate sales capabilities such as lead follow-up, cross-selling, and supporting target achievement are important. Good organization, careful record handling, and attention to detail are needed when dealing with sensitive documents and client information. Experience in customer-facing or sales support roles is an advantage. Comfort working on-site in Kochi and using basic computer tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or tracking systems is preferred.
Education
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
