About the Company
Capex Finvest Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based loan consultancy known for serving more than 3,000 satisfied customers. In this role, you will focus on Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales, partner with leading banks across India, and gain end-to-end exposure to the mortgage lending business while contributing to business growth.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive sales for BFS-related products, coordinate with banking partners for promotional activity, oversee team performance, and help the organization achieve its revenue objectives. The position also involves regular reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute sales plans for BFS products.
- Work closely with banking teams to support and run promotional campaigns.
- Monitor, guide, and improve the performance of the sales team.
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Share updates, insights, and performance reports with senior leadership.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in Account and Finance.
Compensation
The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,60,000.
