Role overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role in Bangalore is focused on driving local market entry, building partnerships, and converting early demand into bookings. The position requires someone who can work closely with residents, institutions, and the founding team to shape the go-to-market effort.
Key responsibilities
- Approach residential societies in the pilot micro-market, present Karuna’s offering, and secure entry into these communities.
- Plan and run in-person sales activations and kiosks inside societies, engage residents, and turn interest into confirmed bookings.
- Handle inbound lead follow-ups, understand customer needs, and close the first bookings.
- Conduct structured conversations with early users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize partnerships with hospitals, clinics, maternity centres, physiotherapy centres, and senior living communities.
- Create a weekly sales dashboard covering leads, conversions, drop-offs, and feedback trends, then share the insights with the founder.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience.
Experience and compensation

Additional requirements
- Prior experience in field sales and partnerships will be considered an advantage.
- Background in healthcare-related sales or operations will be an added benefit.
