About the Company
Roqad is a rapidly expanding global enterprise SaaS business backed by venture capital, with its legal headquarters in the United States and a distributed workforce across Europe and India. The company also operates an office in Berlin.
It develops cross-device identity resolution technology that helps organisations better understand user behaviour across devices and improve the performance and analysis of digital advertising. The platform is built internally and is designed to align with privacy regulations in the EU, US, and Germany.
At the centre of the product suite is the Roq.ad Cross-Device Identity Graph, which uses probabilistic modelling to connect devices that belong to the same user. After acquiring Zeotap Data, the company also added audience segmentation and activation capabilities across major platforms such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Meta, TikTok, and others.
Well-known global brands such as Microsoft, PayPal, Samsung, and Nielsen use the technology, and the business works closely with leading AdTech and MarTech partners worldwide.
Role Overview
This is a Sales Manager role covering agencies, brands, retail media, and AdTech. The preferred location is London, while Berlin may also be considered. The position sits within the full combined portfolio following a recent restructure, giving the seller access to identity infrastructure, data onboarding, and Zeotap Data audience segments.
You will own and grow your own territory, with support from an experienced sales team across the EU5 region. The role is suited to someone at an early stage in their AdTech or MarTech sales career who wants to learn quickly, build commercial ownership, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing across all customer types.
- Develop a strong pipeline through outreach, industry events, strategic partnerships, and relationships with agencies.
- Keep CRM data, forecasts, and sales reporting accurate and up to date using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar system.
- Represent the company at webinars, industry events, and client meetings to generate leads and raise visibility in the market.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape product direction, positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with brands, agencies, retail media networks, platforms, and data partners.
- Work consistently toward quarterly and annual revenue targets while supporting broader pipeline and business goals.
Target Customer Groups
Agencies: Large agency groups and trading desks managing programmatic spend for major client portfolios. These relationships open access to decision-makers responsible for data strategy and audience activation across multiple brands.
Brands and Retail Media Networks: Global advertisers and retail media organisations looking to improve audience reach, measurement, and activation in a privacy-first, post-cookie environment. Retailers increasingly need identity infrastructure to connect first-party shopper data with digital advertising systems.
AdTech Platforms: DSPs, SSPs, publishers, identity providers, and technology platforms that need accurate identity data to improve product capability, measurement, and monetisation. These partnerships are typically strategic, long term, and commercially important.
What You Need
The company is looking for someone with around 1 to 3 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or agency sales. Backgrounds in digital advertising, media, programmatic environments, or related agency roles are highly relevant.
You should understand the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, audience targeting, identity, data-driven marketing, and measurement solutions. A track record of building pipeline, managing multiple opportunities at once, and supporting revenue targets is important.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage confidently with brands, agencies, and technology partners. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools is expected for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
You should be organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment. Familiarity with European markets is important, and additional European language skills would be an advantage.
