Role Overview
This position focuses on coordinating security practices and procedures that help protect staff and support safe operations across different working environments. The role sits within the Logistics & Operations function in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain security policies and standard procedures.
- Carry out security reviews and provide relevant safety training.
- Liaise and coordinate with external security agencies when needed.
- Respond to security-related incidents and oversee evacuation planning and execution.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a similar discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in security coordination.
- Working knowledge of risk evaluation and crisis response practices.
Additional Information
