Role Overview

The Selling Associate supports sales growth and delivers excellent customer service by actively engaging shoppers and demonstrating strong product knowledge, especially around fit and features.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the area of assignment, the role may involve selling on the floor, handling checkout, processing merchandise, replenishing stock, or supporting floorset work.

• Build store sales by engaging customers directly and converting interactions into purchases.
• Recognize customer cues and respond in a helpful, proactive way.
• Assist customers in finding the right bra fit by asking thoughtful, effective questions.
• Use returns, offers, and promotions to create larger basket sizes and improve sales results.
• Provide a smooth and friendly checkout experience by handling transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Support add-on selling at the register and keep the cash wrap area organized, including go-backs.
• Prepare merchandise so it is ready for the sales floor and maintain back-room and stock areas to brand standards.
• Restock products to ensure items are available for customers to buy.
• Help with markdowns, reticketing, and mark-out-of-stock tasks when required.
• Carry out floorset tasks efficiently while following brand presentation standards.
• Maintain back-room and understock areas, including both merchandise and non-merchandise items, to support smooth replenishment.
• Drive store results through productivity and consistent daily action.
• Keep bras as a central product focus and support the company’s “Best at Bras” approach.
• Review sales, promotions, and ringing procedures before each shift.
• Regularly recover and replenish merchandise so it remains sellable.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and help maintain the sales floor.
• Report maintenance issues and assist with housekeeping tasks on the sales floor.
• Build awareness of loss prevention and support efforts to reduce shrink.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and demonstrate company values in daily work.
• Support customer loyalty by encouraging participation in the Rewards Program.
• Perform duties that may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, along with frequent bending, stretching, walking, and standing for long periods.

Compensation

The posted pay range for this position is $18.00 to $21.25 per hour. The final rate depends on factors such as relevant experience, specific skills, and geographic location.
