Senior Visual/UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Visual/UI Designer to shape polished, user-focused digital products. This role centers on creating engaging interfaces for web and mobile experiences while keeping usability, accessibility, and brand alignment at the forefront.

What You’ll Do

• Design clear and attractive user interfaces for websites and applications.
• Create supporting visual assets such as icons and illustrations while keeping the brand language consistent.
• Build layouts that adapt smoothly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate ideas early in the process.
• Partner with UX researchers to translate user insights into better product experiences.
• Help maintain style guides and design systems so product interfaces stay consistent.
• Apply usability and accessibility best practices, including testing and refinements.
• Improve designs over time based on feedback, research findings, and testing results.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in Visual, UI, or Web Design.
• A degree or diploma in Design, HCI, or a similar field, or an equivalent level of hands-on experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visually strong and easy-to-use digital design work.
• Comfort working with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Good command of layout, typography, color use, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with developers and UX researchers.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies and how they affect design decisions.
• Willingness to keep up with design trends, tools, and new technologies.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
