About the role
This position is for a Service Operator in GeoBalance Applications (GBA) within the operations function of a major energy services environment. The role supports field execution, equipment readiness, job coordination, and customer satisfaction across service locations onshore and offshore.
What you will do
- Assist with rigging up and rigging down service line equipment at work sites, both onshore and offshore, under direct supervision.
- Support basic GeoBalance Applications tasks by preparing equipment for installation and service work.
- Help carry out the job, including cleanup, repairs, and getting equipment ready for the next assignment.
- Monitor instruments and complete the necessary calculations to help ensure data quality at the well.
- Work in the shop and assist with equipment repair and maintenance.
- Identify tool components by type and size and explain what each part does.
- Maintain positive customer relationships at the well site and help ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in oil field drilling activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Must meet the minimum competency standards for the Service Operator - GBA role.

This is a full-time, onsite role in the Madinah Region. The position is part of the operations job family and is aligned with the Testing and Subsea product service line. The hiring level is experienced hire. Compensation is competitive and depends on relevant experience.
