Agrifirst - Farmers First is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage active project sites and keep day-to-day execution running efficiently. This role focuses on monitoring construction work, coordinating with the Project Manager, and making sure all activities meet safety and quality expectations.

• Minimum work experience: 2+ years after qualification
• Minimum education: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Preferred certification/training: Experience with prefab structures or polyhouse construction
• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month

What the role involves

• Oversee all on-site operations so the project moves ahead without disruption.
• Check that polyhouses and related structures are built according to the approved plan.
• Track project schedules and share progress updates with the Project Manager.
• Work with suppliers and project teams to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Maintain consistent safety and quality compliance across the site.
• Record daily progress, material usage, and labour hours accurately.
• Spot site-level issues and work with the team to resolve them quickly.
• Keep communication flowing between stakeholders to support smooth execution.
