Role overview
This position sits with the Head of Solution Delivery & Architecture and plays a key leadership role in Zespri’s digital agenda. The purpose of the role is to guide how technology supports the company’s global performance by leading a team of Business Analysts and overseeing the delivery and ongoing enhancement of core business applications used by the Quality and Compliance teams within the Global Supply Chain function.
You will operate at the link between business needs and technology capabilities, working with stakeholders to improve processes, unlock the value of existing systems, and create solutions that can scale and adapt to future needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and build capability within a team responsible for delivering global application solutions.
- Work closely with Quality and Compliance leaders to redesign and improve processes through technology-enabled approaches.
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle for solutions, from initial design through implementation and post-launch support.
- Define and track performance measures and KPIs that show the effect of solutions on the business.
- Support better decisions through the use of data, analytics, and automation opportunities.
- Handle vendor partnerships and help shape digital investment plans and priorities.
- Promote user adoption and drive ongoing improvement across platforms.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking digital leader who is comfortable managing people and solving complex business problems with practical, scalable technology solutions. The role requires a mix of technical understanding, commercial thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organisation.
Required experience and capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a digital, application, or solution delivery environment.
- Strong background in delivering enterprise systems such as SAP, cloud-based solutions, or similar platforms across the complete project lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of business process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement methods.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver aligned and meaningful outcomes.
- Ability to work through complexity, influence decisions, and lead change confidently.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach with an interest in innovation and improvement.
