About the organisation

About the role

Presbyterian Support New Zealand is looking for an organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Strategy Implementation Manager / Kaiwhakahaere Rautaki – Tuitui ā-Motu (Tūranga Wā-Tūtahi) to support the National Executive Group (NEG).

This position suits someone who enjoys turning strategic plans into practical action, building strong cross-regional partnerships, and helping people work together toward shared outcomes in a busy environment.

The role is responsible for improving strategic alignment across regional organisations while respecting each region’s governance, identity, and operational independence. It also supports the National Executive Group, which includes the chief executives of each region and the Manukura of Te Kāhui Rangatira, the representative of Presbyterian Support’s rōpu Māori.

The position leads delivery of the PSNZ National Strategy.
