What you will do
- Support and coordinate clinical trials from Phase I through Phase III.
- Work in line with ICH/GCP and the German Medicines Act (AMG).
- Take responsibility for implementing study protocols together with the principal investigators.
- Organize and schedule visits, diagnostics, laboratory processes, investigational medication, and shipment of samples.
- Monitor and document study medication and carry out blood collection.
- Prepare for, accompany, and follow up on study initiations, monitor visits, audits, and regulatory inspections; if needed, also participate in national investigator meetings.
- Assist with patient recruitment.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse / healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d).
- Confident use of a PC and standard Office applications.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- High commitment, resilience, and strong organizational ability.
- Reliable, independent way of working.
- Friendly attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous professional experience is an advantage.
- Training in GCP is an advantage.
- Completed additional qualification as a Study Nurse is an advantage.
