What you will do

• Support and coordinate clinical trials from Phase I through Phase III.
• Work in line with ICH/GCP and the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Take responsibility for implementing study protocols together with the principal investigators.
• Organize and schedule visits, diagnostics, laboratory processes, investigational medication, and shipment of samples.
• Monitor and document study medication and carry out blood collection.
• Prepare for, accompany, and follow up on study initiations, monitor visits, audits, and regulatory inspections; if needed, also participate in national investigator meetings.
• Assist with patient recruitment.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse / healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d).
• Confident use of a PC and standard Office applications.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• High commitment, resilience, and strong organizational ability.
• Reliable, independent way of working.
• Friendly attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous professional experience is an advantage.
• Training in GCP is an advantage.
• Completed additional qualification as a Study Nurse is an advantage.
