Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator

Role overview

This position focuses on keeping supply chain and logistics operations organized and moving efficiently. The coordinator supports the planning and day-to-day execution of transport, inventory, and order fulfillment activities, working with both internal teams and outside partners to help ensure reliable flow of goods, materials, and information.

What you will do

• Help run daily logistics and supply chain tasks.
• Monitor shipments, transit progress, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with order completion and fulfillment tracking.
• Keep logistics and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Support inventory checks and stock level monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to share updates and resolve issues.
• Help prepare shipping, receiving, and transport documentation.
• Flag possible delays, risks, or operational problems for timely action.
• Assist with basic analysis of logistics data and routine reporting.
• Contribute to efficiency, cost control, and process improvement efforts.
• Follow internal procedures and supply chain guidelines to support compliance.
