Role overview
Agentra is hiring a part-time Supply Chain Manager based in Manama, Bahrain, with the flexibility to work partly from home. This position supports the supply chain activities behind Agentra’s AI solutions, covering hardware, services, and vendor-supplied components.
What this role covers
You will manage the full flow of supply chain operations, from inventory planning and supplier coordination to order tracking and on-time delivery for internal teams and clients. The role also includes reviewing performance indicators, finding ways to improve processes, and helping reduce costs while keeping service levels high.
Key focus areas
This position requires close coordination with operations, finance, and client-facing teams so that supply chain work stays aligned with business goals and customer commitments.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong ability to analyze information, anticipate demand, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Hands-on experience in operations work, including streamlining processes, coordinating workflows, and handling vendors.
- Clear communication skills for working with team members, suppliers, and service partners.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, order follow-up, and replenishment planning.
- Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on meeting delivery timelines and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems, along with working knowledge of Excel or comparable tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work setup from Manama while managing several priorities with care and accuracy.
- Exposure to technology-led or AI-related businesses is beneficial, and experience with international logistics is also an advantage.
