Role Overview
This role is for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customer care, and operational performance. You will help run essential technical support and NOC activities, contributing to the reliability and evolution of core systems.
What You Will Do
- Track the health of networks, servers, security infrastructure, and key applications to spot service issues and outages early.
- Diagnose technical incidents and work with other teams to resolve them effectively.
- Create, maintain, and improve operating procedures and support workflows for NOC and support activities.
- Own incident handling from escalation through resolution, with clear documentation throughout the process.
- Keep stakeholders and leadership informed with timely, accurate updates on incidents and service status.
- Recommend and drive improvements in systems, tools, and team capabilities.
- Carry out root cause analysis for major outages and recurring incidents.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in NOC and/or technical support environments.
- Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and cloud-based application monitoring, especially AWS.
- Hands-on exposure to observability and metrics platforms such as ELK, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
- Experience working with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, ECS, or similar tools.
- Background in incident management and structured response handling.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Prior work in L1 and L2 support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Intermediate scripting or programming ability in Bash, Python, or .NET.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours and participate in on-call rotations when required.
