Job summary

This full-time non-management position is based in Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within the Housekeeping & Laundry function and is focused on supporting the hotel’s overall cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience. The work is hands-on and requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high luxury standards.

What you will do

You will help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner. Duties may include making up rooms, restocking housekeeping carts, and carrying out related housekeeping tasks that contribute to a memorable stay.

The role also requires you to follow company procedures, protect guest and company confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present yourself professionally at all times. You will be expected to remain active throughout the shift, work on your feet for long periods, and safely handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
